Panels 960gs extends Boron, another minimal base theme which converts the core template files to HTML5 markup. Panels 960gs heats it up a notch with additional HTML5 Panels layouts!

A Better Grid

Panels 960gs uses a highly modified version of 960 grid. Side margins, or no side margins? 10px? 20px? How about 30px margins? Have your cake, eat it too, and take back control of your design!

How To Install

Install the latest Boron dev
Install Ctools alpha2 and Panels alpha2
Install & enable Panels 960gs
Get yourself a nice admin theme like Rubik (you'll need its base theme Tao as well)
Cleanup: Go to [yoursite.com]/admin/structure/block and disable all blocks in the Content region except "Main page content".
Enjoy, and don't forget to report bugs or give feedback to better this theme.

Reminder. Panels 960gs is meant to be a base theme. It's meant for themers/designers who want to extend their own themes from it or end-users who need it as a dependency of an existing theme.
